    We were on a tour of the Hoover Dam when we stopped at the Lake Mead overlook. We were shocked to see this girl in sky high glitter heels doing a photoshoot in a very dangerous spot on the rocks. Our tour guide said there is a hefty fine for anyone that went past the overlook ledges because it’s incredibly dangerous and stupid. But anything to get the shot I guess.

    As part of my university's biogeography study abroad program, my class went to San Cristobal in the Galapagos. We did a 360 island tour of San Cristobal, and we stopped to snorkel at several locations (The location in the clip is Kicker Rock). We saw 2 sea lions resting on a part of the rock, but when we got closer, they both entered the water and began to play with each other. We are further away from the sea lions than it appears in the camera (~8 feet) and we were accompanied by 2 guides. The clip was filmed May 2024, but the date in the video is incorrect because I did not bother with changing it in my camera's settings.

    On the way down from the Palace in Budapest, we stopped to enjoy the view midway. We saw the group from behind but thought it was just a normal guided tour. But having circled them we noticed that all of them were wearing AR googles and headphones. Just standing there, being photographed by everybody around them (unknowingly). The guide, iPad in hand controlling their Programm, just smoking and looking very very bored. In the middle of watching them they even all turned around, it reminded me of an episode of “Black Mirror”. Later

    I was on a field trip to the Grand Canyon and I was trying to record a video of the mules but then bumped into my friend and dropped my phone off it. Our tour guide wouldn’t let us get it and said that I couldn’t get it back. So the whole day I went back to the lost and found to check if anyone picked it up and right before we were about to board the bus to leave I checked one more time and they had it. And I found this video on my phone. Whoever picked up my phone 40mins after I dropped it off the Grand Canyon I love you thank you. Woman drops her phone at the Grand Canyon and a family hiking as well was able to retrieve it and return it to the lost and found
