    I work in a stem cell research lab. This video shows transgenic fish embryos that have a fluorescent protein marker in their heart, and some without it. The heart glows green when visualized with a laser, the change in the middle of the clip is a switch from a laser to a regular light, which allows you to see the blood flow and more details of the embryo
