I was walking home from getting a drink with neighbors after our rat walk with the Rat Czar and we had our eyes open for rats. This big one was just sitting there, we didn’t realize there was another one until he lurching forward and the whole scene unfolded. We got quite close to seeing a rat king!! One of the neighbors on the rat walk said that fighting like this means the rat nest is destabilized, unclear what that means though.
