Mechanic shows off broken transmission and oil change. 2019 Toyota RAV 4 customer comes in saying her boyfriend did the transmission fluid service, but accidentally drained the oil pan and did not put in any oil after. Only .5 quarts of transmission fluid came out and filled it looks to be where the oil pump/timing chain lives.
