Elizabeth's dog was seen outside sitting and she suspected he had something in his mouth that was plastic. To try to get him to let go of the item she would pretend to use vibrate shock collar by making the noise and touching his neck. He was smart and knew she was lying and didn't let go of the ball and ran away. She eventually got it out of his mouth and caught him.
