This clip was filmed on a diving trip in Hawaii. The manta rays are fed here by a massive amount of plankton, which are drawn to the lights. The rays swarm to the plankton and eat them while the divers watch. The mantas have grown accustomed to the divers and know that their presence means that it's dinner time!
