My cats know how to open drawers and cabinets. So, they got into a cabinet with a bag of cat litter pellets, probably thinking it was a snack, and ripped opened the bag in my kitchen while I was sleeping. So, they made the mess, they were going to help their mama clean it. Woman makes her pet cats clean the litter pellets that they made a mess of as punishment by scooping it with them with their paws and into the plastic bag

On our vacation in Brazil we were watching an animal called coati (closely related to the raccoon) grab food from another tourist. In this case it climbed on to her bag until it ripped a hole and stole her food.
