I then transition from the back bend onto my stomach by first holding my ankles behind me. After that, I perform a move known as the stomach jump, a move similar to the worm but using nothing but the chest and abdomen in order to jump off the ground.

    This is Jeanie (right) and she was on the cover of your Dogs of Instagram book. She’s a rescue and a certified therapy dog. On the left is her sister, Pippa, who’s also s 3-legged Rescue. Jeanie wants the world to meet her sister, who was badly injured after being hit by a car. After being rescued, Pippa spent three months in recovery with a ruptured abdomen before finding her forever home with Jeanie. Happy rescues!
