He supposedly had a weapon on him which caused a lot of people to run out of the station a few minutes prior to being arrested. People were visually upset as the delay lasted longer than 20 minutes. Guy in subway train doors screaming, laughing, and mocking a man being arrested at the subway station for causing trouble and delaying the train.

I decided to record while I was stopped at a red light and caught this lightning strike on camera at the exact moment it caused a power outage that made the stop light I was at go out. You can hear the thunder a few seconds later, which shook my car.
