On August 21st, during the worship service at Zion PCA church, a bat got trapped in the sanctuary! it flew around the rafters and dive bombed the pews but as soon as everyone started singing the Doxology, the bat flew into the organ pipes. At the end of the service, the security team was able to capture the bat in a shoe box using pickleball paddles and large sheets. No one was hurt and the bat was safely released. Everyone that Sunday got a hilarious memory (and slight scare) from church they’ll never forget!
