I happened to look out the bus window this morning just as two strangers went for the only open Citibike dock. They had a brief moment of discussion and then did the only civil thing - one of them suggested Rock Paper Scissors and I couldn’t believe the smile that spread across my sleepy face as I watched a total New York moment! I secretly hope these two meet again…it would make an amazing story. It definitely made my whole morning!

I was staying in a hotel and had allot of household items from an estate with me to take on a flight. At 6am I heard an alarm and looked in the hall but saw nothing. Moments later I noticed the carpet was quite wet in front of the door. I opened it and water flooded in like a tidal wave. I had to quickly throw my belongings onto the beds, but allot still got wet. A water pipe had burst in the hotel. The city didn’t show up until 2 hours later to fix it. By the time I got all my stuff out, the water was knee deep (above electrical outlets). It was a total nightmare. The hotel was Super 8 on Victoria Ave East in Regina Saskatchewan Canada.

Rope swing off a bridge and landed on a log in the water doing a backflip, we had to swim him back and carry him to the hospital were I stayed with him for 4 hours till he got both legs casted up.

In this video neighbor was apparently learning how to drive the vehicle and pressed the gas instead of the brake. Toddler and husband were in the vehicle at time of collision.
